Misc pics and stuff (two recipes)

I have a lot to say, I'll try to start where I last left off. First off, you saw me making a meal in my last entry, but now you can see the finished product (as always, with the pics, click to embiggen):



It's very yummy, and vegetarian, if you care about that sort of thing. You can find the recipe here, though I change it in one way: I don't boil the pasta first. Instead I bake it all with the raw pasta plus 1 and a half cups of water. I bake it for 50 minutes covered, then add more cheese and bake it for 5 more minutes uncovered.

One of the projects in my 366 challenge was to do a clone pic - where you put yourself in the picture twice (it's quite easy with photoshop), so I made one:



In case you can't tell, one of me is sleeping, and one is about to pop a bag over my head in order to wake me up.

This past weekend, John and I took a trip to Columbus for one of our friend's birthdays, here's some pics from that trip, some of our (wonderful) hotel room, some of stuff we saw, etc:

Thumbs up to this easy recipe, it's the first time I tried and I really liked it. The recipe is here. I ended up with a lot of extra stuffing/broccoli so I added it into the baking dish around the chicken and poured the soup mixture over everything and ended up with the extra nice, moist stuffing. Very yummy.

That's about it! Work is busy, as always. Life is great, though. Should get our bonuses within the next 2 weeks, too, so that's fun :)
